" Booked McCausland car park as it had a good reputation and was a reasonable price. Unfortunately on the day of our departure there was a traffic jam in the car park which backed right out onto the roundabout and no one could get in or out of the car park. All other traffic was also blocked because of this traffic jam. There seemed to be only two members of staff on and this was obviously not enough as the two young men were rushed off their feet. We had left early so were in time for our flight but unfortunately others were not so successful. I will not be using McCausland car parking again. Very disappointing for such a large company. "

" GREAT VALUE PARKING AT BELFAST INTERNATIONAL, We always have used McCausland's for years as they have always been the best value. Even when our flight was delayed by 9 hours coming home there was no extra charge and just about to rebook with them. "

" We were not given any ticket on arrival so when we went to collect our car with our 1 yr old baby a man about 60 with bald patch insisted we were given one and refused to look at email confirming booking. He made us wait whilst he deliberately took his time on computer. I was able to see my keys which had my photo on the key ring but he refused to give us our keys until I had to go back out to the luggage and retrieve pasport. He was ignorant and a disgrace will never use them again and would strongly advise everyone else the same. Needs sacked, no right to be so unhelpful. My husband wanted to jump over the counter and rightfully take his keys how dare he keep us waiting. "
