" This take away is absolutely ridiculous,i ordered a meal for myself and my partner,it took at least 6 attempts for them to get the address correct, then the delivery came over an hour later,once i opened the delivery the food was of absolutely ridiculous standard,the chicken was burnt,the rice was disgusting and not cooked,the starter just crumbled to pieces and tasted off,the nan was meant to be keema in which it was not. Then when i rang back to tell them i was shouted at and talked over the top of and then hung up on,i rang back again and i could not get a word in as the manager on the phone started shouting over the top of me and saying the same thing repeatedly,so that i couldn't explain what was wrong with the food.
I work in an Indian restaurant myself and i know what it is meant to taste like,im aware that different Indians make there food differently,but this was disgusting,although what bothered me more was the way i was spoken to. If you can not take critic about your food,which in no way was rude i do not think you should have an Indian restaurant whats so ever. "

" Such a disappointment for my first visit to The Korma.
I gave 2 stars for being polite and friendly.
They had no card reader - had to find a cash point.
A portion of rice was missing - quickly boiled some.
Ample food but unfortunately the dishes I bought were absolutely tasteless, lacking any flavour whatsoever.
What a pity - I'll need to hear of improvement before I go back. "
