" In my experience this has been an unprofessional surgery namely due to the incompetent reception team. What really seems to be the issue here is that they are more concerned with gossiping amongst themselves than helping people, there is a lack of helpful attitude and are quick to say they need to stick to 'protocol' of which the surgery manager cannot even tell you what that is. Reception staff have shown zero empathy, incompetence and downright rudeness at times. It is very serious when staff tell you something then you find out this is not the case at all, this is not only disappointing but when dealing with post surgery issues this is a serious health risk. The health board need to look at this practise and their procedures, I would not recommend joining this surgery. "

" I had to move DRS as they did not understand my depression they said it's was just drama. I was crying out for help. Then tried to take my life..... Dr hyland was the cause. 🏃🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐😥😔 "
