clients to reconnect to their past, enabling them to rebalance their thoughts
and feelings, enabling them to move forward in life. I am a trained
integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and therapeutic foster carer. I have
many years experience helping adults and children, with all sorts of trauma,
such as bereavement, anxiety, bullying, sexual, physical and emotional
