What a fun way to end the term! The children were so excited to play a game where they got to eat delicious sweets 🍬 but also through this, learned that Allah (swt) sees all and always watches over them, even if we can’t see Him!

This week we helped the children fully understand the concept that God is 1 and He is perfect on His own with the help of the popular game, Simon says!

This term we are learning all about our amazing Creator and His Asma ul Husna (His beautiful names) in a series entitled 'Who is Allah?'
...
This week we helped the children identify who God is and how His 99 names can help us through fun and interactive learning. We sang lots of songs, opened mystery boxes, read books, played our Arabic alphabet game, did an exciting painting craft on a canvas and learned lots about our amazing Lord!🎶📚

Salaam Alaikum All!
This week in ILM, we learned all about sadaqa (charity). The children learned that sadaqa isn't just giving money, clothes and food-even a smile is charity! 💷👕🍕😀
We opened our mystery box🗳️, read our ramadhan dua for the last time 🤲, learned our arabic alphabets, played our find the sadaqa box game, sang our ILM 'Sadaqa' song🎶, read 'It's Ramadhan Curious George'📗 and made our very own sadaqa boxes💰! Each kid even got a brand new coin to begin their journe...y of giving.
Lastly each kid brought in a wrapped Eid present to give to the orphaned children of the Al-Ayn Foundation. 🎁 The children were super generous and we collected lots of presents mA! If you would also like to donate toys to the Al-Ayn Foundation you can email them at toys@alayn.co.uk.
We are now looking forward to our ILM Eid party in two weeks! Got some exciting surprises in store for the kiddos :-) 🎉🎪

Salaam Alaikum,
We had a great second week here at ILM learning all about the special book that was revealed in the month of Ramdhan-The Holy Quran!
The kids were amazed by the experiment that we did, visualizing the hadith from the Holy Prophet (AS): "Hearts rust just as iron rusts. They are polished through the recitation of the Quran." Thank you Islam From The Start for the great idea!
...
We read our Ramadhan dua (using the sheet we posted earlier!), sang songs about the Holy Quran, found clues from our mystery box, read a Ramadhan story, made exciting bookmarks for our very own Qurans and ended with our fun arabic alphabet game!
Looking forward to learning more with our little ones next week!
