" I'm afraid to say I was rather underwhelmed by your basket of similar-sized small flowers, which were very similar in appearance but probably weren't the same type. With the exception of four antirrhinum stems, there was little change in the height of the whole display. It was my own fault, I suppose, for leaving the choice and arrangement to you. The display was to have been placed where people could see it as they came in: in the end it made a table decoration. People often comment about an attractive flower display - not on this occasion! Perhaps I should have forked out £50 instead of £35. It definitely wasn't value for money. The basket saved the day perhaps. "
