It’s starting to feel very Autumnal so tonight our family made a big pot of this hearty hand pulled vegetable noodle soup. Tibetan Thentuk is full of warming ginger and garlic (and radishes and greens from the garden). It’s super healthy and tasty and always a winner with our boys.
