" Wouldn't recommend to go here for beauty treatments.The beautician doing it most probably wont even be qualified,I know this as I worked here and I'm pretty sure any clients figured out once the treatment was done,poor sods.
Although, you might be lucky.Your treatment may be done by a qualified beautician IF they manage to find someone off gumtree in time to come in and do the treatment (I had to do this many a time :( )
Hairdressing was okay actually. Well,when I was last there anyway but staff change frequently due to god awful management ( thats why there's never an in house beautician when you need one ) so who knows...I amnt an ex hairdresser with a grudge by the way.(I was a receptionist)

" Went to get my nails done for my Winter ball in December 2011, and took my little sister to get her hair tidied up as it grows really long really fast, they were really chatty to both myself and my sister and made her feel comfortable and helped her choose what style to go for. My nails were great (I got 'Calgel Nail Extension) and the girl that did them was again really chatty and friendly, they were really professionally done and I was so pleased, they looked great in the ball photos! Recommended to all my friends and they agreed with me, the pricing is just right and they were all really friendly, we've all left the salon very happy! :) "

" STAY AWAY! the worst hairdresser ever! Don't be tempted with cheap deals from kgb, livingsocial etc. it's just not worth it, you may end up with a haircut which looks like one done by a 4 year old. Seriously what they have done to my hair is beyond awful . Maybe it's just me being unlucky and the my "stylist" (or rather hair chopper) had a bad day but the whole experience felt a bit unprofessional from the beginning, some staff members were busy playing with their own hair, they have no idea how to treat certain types of hair and it shows.. they let me walk out looking like a scarecrow, dismissing me with some stupid excuse, just because they didn't know how to blow dry it. Anyway my hair will grow back but I know not every one is that relax about their hair so better avoid this place. "
