" The hotel quality is high-end budget to mid-range, breakfast is moderate but nothing to write home about. However, all the staff are exceptional, and really raise the standard, and make the hotel feel a much higher standard. Pity about the separate on-site restaurant, quality is very hit and miss. "

" Was a very reasonable price and you get a lot for your money compared to other places. The room was big and had a good sized bathroom with a door that could separate either to to let or whole bathroom. The breakfast was make your own, which was good as you could have as much or as little as you liked. It was also very close to a bar/restaurant. It was just great for what we needed. "

" Cosy clean room, however taps need some maintenence. Close to amenities and motorways. Nice spacious lobby, friendly staff ample car parking. "

" Stayed hear at least 10 years in a row in visits to Scotland. Ideal location for exploring the area. A bit out of town but there is a bus 🚌 to the door. Parking is a problem as it's used as overspill for electric company hq. Pub next door is ok but is popular, so does get busy. Rooms are the usual standard and never had any issues. "
