" Enjoyable stay. Made us feel welcome despite being full up. Managed to get us a pitch on the car park for the first night and a pitch in the park on the second. "

" Nice quiet site, polite wardens, toilet block and showers a bit basic but acceptable. Would recommend. "

" A peaceful site in a lovely area. Facilities a bit dated and in need of refreshing, but more than adequate.
Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely glad we stayed here. "

" Lovely wardens. Good transport links to surrounding area. Great walking with good scenery and historical sites. The town is very pleasant with small individual traders and that magnificent Abbey.

" Loved this site. Great areas for dog walking and next to Borders Abbeys Way. Very clean and tidy. Although next to workshops this is not a problem. There is a path behind the workshops leading to BAW. Next to a great safe park for dogs to run off lead. It was also one of the cheapest sites we've been to with the same facilities. "

" Very disappointed with the site. The wardens friendly & work hard at keeping the site clean & tidy - although I'm sure it's a uphill struggle. It is tucked away behind industrial units, short walk into town, next to a football/rugby field which is used for events, this can be exceptionally noisy (Music festival 18th June) & has a public access road running through it - no site security. The showers are clean, but the standard disgraceful - something from 1960's footie changing room. The wi if only works within a few yards of the office - this was a particular problem due to road closure on our route home. I understand it is council owned, but it's no cheaper than other site & needs money spending to upgrading to current standards. "

" .The wardens are top notch, friendly and helpful. We got a fantastic welcome from Richie . Although it is tucked behind an industrial estate off the main road the site is most pleasant and handy to get into Jedburgh and it's elegant, beautiful and impressive abbey and great Co op. The dogs enjoyed the playing field adjacent. This site had first rate road biking for all abilities, we enjoyed some serious rides in stunning scenery right from site.
My only niggle is the shower block which is below normal club standard. There is no temperature control on the shower so you either scald or get lukewarm! There is some traffic noise but the birds are louder! "
