" Lochern House is a lovely, convieniently located B&B, approximately midway between Callander and Crianlarich and a short walk from picturesque Loch Earn.
We've stayed on numerous occasions are always greeted by a warm and jolly welcome from hosts Matthew and Dianne. After a long day travelling, or on your way home from a magical holiday in the Isles, a friendly face is really appreciated. Matthew is a chef, so the breakfasts are outstanding, as are the homemade cakes guests receive on arrival.
The B&B is well-equipped, with both rooms and lounge having a modern, yet comfortable décor. Of the three rooms, the two most spacious are located at the front of the building and enjoy large, modern bathrooms.
Lochearn House is located on a crossroads; the roads don't get particularly busy but if you're a light sleeper and do so with a window open, it'd be advisable to take the room at the rear, which is a little smaller but quiet and overlooks a pretty garden.
When travelling to and from the north of Scotland we always check availability at Lochearn House before anywhere else. "
