" I was food shopping today with my 19 month old. I'm also pregnant and took a dizzy/faint turn in store. Not one member of staff (at least 7 of which passed me and saw my distress, slumping over my trolley at points) asked if I was ok or needed help. Eventually I had to leave a trolley full of food and head to sit in the car. Called and spoke to manager to inform him of the way his staff ignored me. I got an apologie. However, thanks to the poor service from the staff at M&S, I am now too scared to venture far...my faith in humanity was lost today. (Customers in store also ignored me). I have never felt so let down by people.
I'm unsure if I want to shop here again after my horrendous, degrading experience today. "
