" The receptionist at that practice needs a lot of training, or a total change of staff!!! Even answering the phone needs changing.. when it comes to the service they should provide most times I'm made to feel as if I shouldn't come! Also a few of the doctors whenever I go there I just believed I should have googled my symptoms😏 They need to send it some mystery patients. "

" I moved to Oxgangs in 2011 and promptly registered at this practice. Most of the doctors are okay, except a couple who I avoid like the Bubonic Plague. The building itself is up a steep hill, but located next to a bus stop which is handy to get to if you have a bus pass. Inside, the decor looks a bit dated - probably from the late 70's or early 80's.. This is okay, as it is kept immaculately clean. Some of the receptionists however, have severe attitude problems and ignorant manners. Particularly the older ones who can come across as obnoxious, cold, miserable and snarly. I know it's a stressful job, but when you're ill the last thing you want is wolves in wigs making you feel worse. It's close to a couple of chemists, so it's handy for also picking up your prescription. Other than that, not a lot more to say. "
