" 7.30pm on Sunday 23rd July I waited over 5mins at the kiosk and was not acknowledged. The man at the desk was too busy having an in depth conversation with a female customer whom he clearly knew personally. Very rude, shame as the kiosk staff are usually very good, Maria in particular. I left and went to my local Sainsbury's at Causewayside where the staff are great. "
