" Upgraded from what used to be known as the Pitifrane Hotel. Can't speak to the quality as a hotel; it's a mile from our house, so we just go there to dine. Decent menu without being anything special. Good service.
Once had fish and chips. I asked for mushy peas instead of garden peas. Was told this was a cost upgrade! Make of that what you will! "

" Very nice, newly refurbished hotel. The decor is great, the rooms are small but nicely laid out, and the beds are comfortable. The shower pressure wasn't great though, however it may be better in a downstairs room. Breakfast was traditional full Scottish fare, and it was good. I would definitely use again if staying over in Dunfermline "

" Lovely surroundings, friendly staff. I'm coeliac and although there wasn't much on the menu, the chef went out of his way to provide a sauce for me, and a lovely desert. My husband had the 'normal' menu and was pleased with it. A wee bit pricy, but very nice. "
