" We came about 90 miles with our daughter and grandchildren. Spent a lovely morning wandering round the place. The kids had great fun. We decided to go for lunch about 2pm. Unfortunately we were told the tables were all full and we'd have quite a long wait. We were very disappointed. Our grandson has learning difficulties and wouldn't understand this so we had no option but to leave. I know school holidays are busy and you have a 90 minute time limit but again this was disappointing. "

" I've visited a few times with the kids. They absolutely love it. The glen is great fun for them, although it may be looking a bit tired in places. Large area for them to run around and play. Lots of characters and from famous stories etc. The den is great also, lots for all ages. The cafe has a good choice, and reasonably priced. The entry cost for both is very good value for money in my opinion, as some places would charge this amount for one of these.
Overall, I would recommend as a good half day out with the kids! "

" Great day out for the kids, walked around the Glen looking at all the different cartoon and fairy tale characters, then had lunch in the cafe at the den whilst the kids had a great time playing on the equipment :) "

" Been to this place so many times and really love the facilities but especially the staff are so much friendlier and more helpful than at all the other soft play centres we've been to. And it's always super clean. The glen itself is very lovely too and definitely worth a visit. "
