" We stayed in Perth on our way to Inverness. The Gables Guest House was an excellent choice. Plenty of parking. We were greeted by Babs who was very warm and welcoming. Our double room was on the first floor. It was very clean and well appointed with a a nice en-suite. There was a kettle with lots of coffee tea and biscuits and the breakfast was excellent. The price for the night (July 2012) was £60 and the median for our trip. Over all good value for money. The only down side was we went to Frankie & Benny's for dinner, because it was close. This was a big mistake. I recommend taking the trouble to walk a little further into town. "
