" Ordered an audio part, was told it would be there the start of next weekend i would be told when it arrived. rang again on Wednesday and they said it would be there on Thursday or Friday. rang again nearly two weeks later. Part had arrived and no one told me, and the audio technician is now off for a week. Going to have to go to another store to get the part fitted "

" Visited 26/01/17 at approx 15-45 No staff on duty, One bald large man leaning propping up till area doing nothing, Wandered round looking for help, I had none, Stayed 20 mins then left, buying nothing,Shocking service by just 2 staff who couldn't care less "
