" Absolutely appalling service. Asked for advice about a subwoofer and waited 15minutes and nobody bothered to see us. Left the shop and thought go back later. Decided to buy one, waited another 10-15 minutes, another customer shouted for assistance and only then somebody served. All that to find out there were none in stock. Staff are very glum and seem to have no spark in their lives. Go to llansamlet and the service is perfect. Don't bother with neath it's a waste of time. "
