" I frequently visiting the place. The staff are super nice. Thomas Josh Sam Carlie Owain Martin Jack very friendly staff and Shane and Simon Lyndsey very good managers. If the machines had issue they always sorted out quickly. There are some good deals to bowl, so worth keep eye on it. "

" Not impressed with the children's play area. It was understaffed and took us 10 minutes to be seen to pay to get in. There was leftover food and rubbish on every table (which were also covered in food grease). In the 45 minutes we were there not one table was cleaned and wiped down. Disappointing. "

" Brilliant for my children when their wide awake on a weekend. £1 per child for a 2 hour play in the crazy club if you get there before 10am. Spent as little as £6 for entry, 2 coffees and drinks for the kids. "

" Tables and chairs need a good clean, straws given with drinks would be helpful esp when they're the cup drinks. Food good sized portions and reasonable prices. Music loud but I guess that's because it covers the whole place. "

" When I took my grand children there, the place was clean, I had no problems with the staff the ones I spoke to were helpful and polite, we stayed for at least 4 hours, and in that time staff were going around cleaning, but when it's packed and children are running everywhere, and ppl want serving at the counter, they cant do everything at once, and yes they did run out of stuff, and some of the machines were not working, but every place like this has problems from day to day, I for one will be taking my grandchildren there again when they visit me again, "

" Very busy place, better book your games ahead. No idea about the arcades - never tried them, few appeared to be never used. Soft play area for kids was OK - kids don't need much do they? Enjoy the equipment while it's new... "
