" I placed an order and had a problem with the delivery courier DPD. I spent the whole morning at home waiting for the driver. In the afternoon I have a message that they delivered my parcel to a shop

DPD is not taking responsibility for my parcel.
Wipe out creations just provided me with DPD contact number.
DPD told me only the sender can re arrange delivery, Wipe out replied to me they can’t not this on my behalf.
I don’t have my order.
I don’t have my money.
No one is taking responsibility.
Be aware, if you have an issue, no one will take responsibility.
I can not comment on quality as I never had the item I paid for, but on service which leaves a lot to wish for .
Hopefully I will get my money back with my bank.

You are assuming they attempted a delivery.
As I explained to Shawn on the email, I would not be making a big deal if I missed my parcel and spend 2hr with DPD on a chat.
I was sitting at home the whole morning checking the tracker.
By the time DPD marked as attempted delivery my tracker says he was running late and then straight delivered to a shop.
My review is based on the service you provided as I placed the order with you and DPD kept sending me back to you.
I understand you want to protect your couriers, but the money is from the customer being let down by a courier.
I ended up picking up my item. Even though I paid 6.49£ for a HOME delivery (Ok Shawn, you was right here, was not 7£) I had to add two buses fares as the item was never delivered or attempted delivery.
I have to says the shop was full of “undelivered” items from DPD for the same postcode area.
Not even refund for delivery has been offered by Wipe Out, only excusing DPD and shifting the blame on me “as I missed my calling card “
DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FROM THEM.
There are plenty of companies who really care about customer and provide excellent service.
This was not the case.
NO QUALITY, NO SERVICE.

They offer the same with better quality,cheaper,

" I ordered 6 embroidered fleeces with names, department and NHS rainbow logo. Excellent product at a good price. Would have scored 5 stars but delivery was slow, arriving 2 weeks after a similar order placed by a colleague 2 days after me! I would definitely order again. "

" I ordered a NHS Fleece and Cardigan and i needed to message the owner Shawn about putting extra embroidery on both my fleece and Cardigan it was no trouble he messaged me back straight away. They were delivered very quickly the quality excellent . Working in a hospital they need to be washed frequently and they wash very well. I would highly recommend this company and i will be ordering from them again. "
