Premium Properties International, is the natural fruit derived from 10 years of rental property service. Originally a Mom and Pop operation with a few rental apts to SGU students, but has now grown to 45 apartments under its management.

Under the stewardship of Mr. Randolf Ghust – Managing Director, Premium Properties Int’l has garnered experience with regional clients, government officials and expatriates; all of whom have been thoroughly satisfied with the level of service offered.

Today, the company; as the name suggests is now poised to list some premium properties for sale in the Grand Anse, Westerhall St. David areas.
