" This should be -5 Do yourselves a favor and book a different hotel. Location is excellent but everything else is just not satisfactory, you basically living on construction side. We are very unsatisfied with our stay. Even though we arrived late in the evening, our room was not clean. Upon entering, there was dirt and many rocks throughout the room (in addition to very dirty looking silicon not cleaned after construction). The garbage was not taken out and there were used shampoo bottles in the bathroom, so we were unsure if the room had been cleaned at all. After going to reception to report the problems and ask for an additional mattress because Sofa bed was basically without a mattress, we went to a 2 hour dinner to allow the staff to address our problems. After our bill being messed up twice (60 gel extra both times), we went to front desk to check the progress of our issues. We were told that there was no cleaning crew available presently, and the staff member form front desk had entered our room and didn’t see any dirt or rocks other than the silicon which hadn’t been cleaned from construction. We asked if we should take the garbage and clean floor ourselves after which he insisted we bring him to our room to show him how it was dirty! Upon entering the room we proved to him our issues (unacceptable service) after which he still did not do anything to address the full garbage and used items or dirty floors. He would not give us any Information regarding the manager saying he was not allowed to give even his name! He had contacted him on WhatsApp but hadn’t received a response and so could offer us nothing, but didn’t bother to at least take garbage. Unacceptable. Also, on our floor were left bags of garbage in the hallways for the entire night/day!? The next day as a response to our issues, we got a one time voucher to the spa facilities next door.. Well we entered the spa and were also met with awful service. When we asked for a second towel, we were not given one, even though other guests received two. We had to ask another guest to ask the front desk for towels for us. All the shower drains were stuck so there was water everywhere. One blow dryer was in the toilet, which had no functioning flush. The entire place smelled of mold. "

" Good place close to the lift. We had excellent duplex with kitchen for 4 people is good. Personnel is very good! The hotel restaurant RedCo - is not so good - expensive and not much choice. The other bar/restaurant Leffe inside the hotel is terrible food, worst Hinkali I had in Georgia. "
