I am a mum of two and have always had a passion for food and a love of baking. I studied hospitality and catering at college after leaving school, and worked in a local conference centre for 2 years after college, but left the industry when I got married. After having my first child I had more time to bake, since then I have got more passionate about baking and made various cakes for family and friends. This page started out as Caketastic, but over the past few months I've decided to concentrate on cupcakes(of various sizes)and other sweet treats to enable me to develop /refine my skills and produce the very best quality product I can.
