CEIBA Investments Limited is represented in Cuba through its wholly–owned subsidiary CEIBA Property Corporation Limited ("CPC"). CPC is the principal holding vehicle through which the investments of the Company in Cuban real estate assets are held and has a licensed branch office in Havana. The principal activity of the Havana branch office of CPC is to supervise the activities of the Cuban joint venture companies in which the Company is invested, and to source, analyse and negotiate new acquisitions and other investments. CPC has a professional team of employees that are led by the principal managers of the Investment Manager, who also act as directors of CPC.
