Our Cardio range offers 18 different types. From Treadmills, Steppers, Crosstrainers, Virtual Reality Machines, Revolving Ladder & Revolving Stair Cases & Rowers.
We have top of the range NEW Technogym & Life Fitness plate loaded ISO machines.
We have a LARGE selection of pin selected & plate loaded machines as well as
9 different Abdominal machines.

On 12 February 4 men, J J Williams, Gareth Williams, Rex Williams & Stevie Kirk were given free membership at Jan's. The intention, to train and get fit for a mammoth task! To row from Carteret, France to Guernsey. This was to be a fundraising event to raise money for equipment required for a special member of their family - 20 month old Shay Savident Williams suffering from a very rare neurodegenerative disease. Unfortunately, during the final stages of their training, Shay... passed away. So now all money raised will help other families who need help & support. The four men were not experienced rowers and the first time they picked up an oar was five months ago! They spent hours in our gym gaining the fitness & strength that would be required before transferring those gains into the row boat. On Sunday 16th July the guys started their journey leaving Carteret at 11am (French time) - 7 hours & 24 mins later they arrived at Havelet slip way - completing what they had set out to do. This has been an amazing journey for these guys and we have been extremley pleased to have played a part in that journey. They started as gym novices and left as primed athletes ready for their task.
