I am registered and licensed with the Gibraltar environmental agency and companies house.

We specialise in Greek baking and traditional Greek food.

I make homemade cheese using fresh, pasteurised milk. The cheeses are a kind that I've developed by crossing traditional Greek recipes and adapting them for either spreadable creaminess or a firmer, saltier 'bite'. I also make Jams, chutneys, sauces and relishes all using fresh fruit & veg, Wild herbs and the best quality extra virgin olive oil & vinegars

My jams all contain between 50-65% fruit to sugar, (depending on the type of jam), and have no additives, colourings or flavourings. Only fruit and sugar with occasional notes of vanilla and cinnamon. I will rarely use pectin and so the jams are cooked for longer and are generally more flavoursome than shop bought ones. The coloura are different and the 'set' is soft which is why most of my 'jams' are actually conserves

I make my preserves according to the seasonal fruit available so ensuring the highest quality possible.

WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ Weโ€™re at Calentita tomorrow with our traditional Greek food stall, and this year, weโ€™ll have offerings of all sorts, including our Greek ๐Ÿฅ— made using olives grown and cured by my mother in law Dora Tsagataki in beautiful Creta, where my hubby El Griego is from....come along and try the real deal!!

We also have Fava, (a traditional dip made from split peas), Fasolakia, (a green bean stew with beef), Baklava, spinach & feta pies and of course a selection of n...ew season preserves!
