You’ll build strength, endurance, gain fitness and feel better than ever.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or conditioning this is what you’ve been waiting for.
Fitcamps are suitable for people of all fitness levels.

Our fully qualified Personal Trainers, Lorraine and Rachel, are quickly gathering recognition in their field for the quality and effectiveness of their programmes.

Fitcamps will be challenging, sociable and fun. Nutritional support and guidance will be provided throughout all of our training camps. Be prepared to sweat!

With the summer upon us come and join our early morning training camps and get your training done before the day starts and the temperatures soar.

Whether you have not exercised for a while or are a regular gym goer, we can make the workout suite your ability and fitness level.

It's that time of year when the weather starts to change. Get in with your last chance for 2015 and take part in our Autumn Early Morning fitcamps.

For this month only we will be running the camps just once a week. A good opportunity for those wanting to get a bit of a taster before commiting to 2 sessions a week next year.

Early Morning Fitness with RIPPED Fitcamp is a fantastic outdoor Group Fitness program in Gibraltar that provides exceptional support, advice and knowledge both to maximise your fitness and nutritional experience!

We make the most of the fresh summer mornings, where the air is clean and yet unpolluted, and our great outdoor surrounding areas such as plazas, parks, beaches, etc

Our qualified and experienced Personal Trainers and Advanced Fitness Instructors Lorraine and Rachel, will kick start your new fitness adventure experience and help you achieve your fitness and health goals in a safe, comfortable and fun environment.

Our group fitness classes consist of fun but effective work-outs for you to participate in, with other like-minded people all wanting a healthy lifestyle change. Exercises are adapted for each level so whether you are just starting to work out or need to supplement your training with further challenges, RIPPED Fitcamp will adapt it just for you!

The program includes online group support for any questions you may have either regarding your fitness goals or your nutritional meals because we feel you deserve to be one step away from reaching your fitness goals for a healthy living!

We are dedicated fitness professionals who have a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle and want to show you how it's done.

Remember that you are not alone in this! We want you to succeed and we work along you even during the days you are not working out with the group.

Limited spaces available and filling up fast!

PAYMENT The program must be paid in full prior to program commencement.

TERMS: Last date to receive payment and reserve your spot is THURSDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2015. Payment to be dropped off at LVK Personal Training studio in the Fit 4 Life building.

WELL, WELL, WELL!!! WASN'T THAT A BLAST?!!!!

What a fantastic start to the first session of our August program!

Many said that getting up early had not been that much of a problem and they enjoyed the fresh clean un-polluted air at that time and the freshness of the morning (and the grass! lol) Each and every one of the 40 attending joined their co campers and gave it their all and worked hard. This group is amazing and the best bit....they had loads of fun! At least, that's a bonus when working out right? :)
