" We had the most unpleasant experience with this shop. The supposedly silver ring we bought here caused a stain on my finger the very next day, so we decided to return it. We had the check with us but the return was not accepted! The selling lady contacted the shop owner by phone, but he refused to talk to us! The lady said that we should call him or come to the shop in the evening. We called the owner in the evening, but he told us that, he won't return the money, the only option - to choose something different instead of ring from the shop. That option was unacceptable to us since we already had no trust in this shop. Tehnima has an awful customer service and sadly this experience screw up for us the whole pleasure of the beautiful Kioni. Beware.
