" Nice rooms if you book on the upper floor. The lower floor is to be renovated completely as currently is in a pretty bad shape. Our room (the only family room) is clean, fresh, airconditioned, great balcony, good size bathroom. As negatives are lack of any soundproofing, practically no hot water if the weather is murky and no daily cleanup, but the latter is not an issue for us. "
