" The room was clean and fine apart from missing a luggage stand. View was very good. Reception staff was kind and helpful.
Food was below standards. The Chef was unwilling to give us french fries when we requested it (and offered to pay for it) for our 18-month old grand-daughter and must be the only 4-star hotel in Greece that can not fulfill such a simple request forr their guests. In the end we had to visit another hotel downtown to get a portion of french fries! During the Easter buffet, most of the waiters were serving a large group of tourists and ignored the rest of the guests. Finally, the restaurant was over-crowded and the space was very small and narrow for the guests to dine in.
The playground was filthy and over-crowded with children.
Finally, the value for money was very poor due to the high price of the room and the poor services they provided us. "
