The house is located in the famous neighborhood of seafarers, "Vaporia", which hangs over the sea, next to the church of Agios Nikolaos in Ermoupolis in Syros. The original house, which dates from the mid-nineteenth century, was restored and extended in 1998 respecting traditional island architecture. It is part of a group of five independent residences with a common staircase and access to the sea.
Its surface is 194 m2, spread over two levels and consists of living room, kitchen-dining room, three bedrooms and 2 WC. The bedrooms have double beds and in one bedroom there is another single bed. It has a total terrace surface of 90 m2 with spectacular views.
