GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The total surface of the villa is 150 sq.m., in two levels.
The private surrounding surface of the villa is 1700 sq.m.
The villa consists of the main house, and one completely independent Guest house. Both are constructed by stones, in a Cycladic architectural style, and are fully and tastefully furnished.
The surrounding area, is divided in three levels, all of them overlooking the same view.
At the first level, is situated, the entrance, and two private parking places, covered by pergola.
At the second level, is situated the main house, the guest house, and the garden.
At the third level, is situated the BBQ area, and the garden. At this level, is situated also the shared swimming pool.

MAIN HOUSE
The main house consists of two levels.
At the ground floor there is:
the living room, with two sofas, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and A/C.
the dining room, with a table, 6 chairs, and A/C.
a fully-equipped kitchen, with a ceramic stove, an oven, a dischwascher, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee-maker, and a full set of kitchen utensils.
a bedroom, with a double built up bed, a wardrobe, A/C, and TV.
a bathroom.
At the lower floor, there is:
a bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.
a bedroom, with two single beds and wardrobe.
a bathroom.

GUEST HOUSE
The independent guest house, is located at the ground floor, and is connected to the main house, through a spacious open courtyard.
It consists, of a large room, with 3 beds, wardrobe and A/C. Also there is a kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom.

DETAILED EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION

Beside the main house, there is a covered veranda, containing two built up sofas and other two of rattan.
In front of the main house, there is a dining place, with a table of 1,00X2,80 m with 8 armchairs.
Beside the guest house there is a built up by stones, external douche.
Beside the covered veranda, there is a characteristic cyclical sitting place.
The BBQ area consists of a stone built up covered construction, with typical built up oven, and bbq equipment, and a small kitchenette. Also there is a built up table and sofa.
In front of the BBQ area, is the shared by 4 properties swimming pool. It is 70 sq.m., and has an excellent view of all the sea. At the level of the swimming pool, there is also a private area with four sunbeds.
