Our beautiful, white washed traditional villas are situated in the picturesque fishing village of Ambelas, 4km away from the centre of Naoussa. The houses are built in classic Cycladic style boasting spectacular sea and countryside views. The complex is at walking distance from many small beaches and a 5 min drive to the main organized beach of Ambelas.
The complex consists of 7 villas on a plot of land 8.000sqm. There is a communal swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds provided, a barbeque area and traditional Greek stone oven. An organic vegetable garden with a variety of vegetables ready to be freshly cut every day and at the back part of the plot next to the barbeque area there is an olive orchard. In addition there is a playground on site where children can spend endless hours of fun and play.
Each house is constructed on three levels, comfortably sized at 120sqm and boasts 3 bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. The villas each have their own well-tended private small garden. The villas are furnished and stylishly decorated throughout. Inside you will find the living room with flat screen TV and a traditional locally built fireplace. From the living room French doors open onto an outdoor patio with dining table which is connected to the communal pool and other areas, all of which have lovely sea views. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the main level and is open to the living room.
From the main floor, stairs lead to the upper level where there is a master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and 1 full bathroom with shower. French doors open up to a small private balcony where one can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and the island of Naxos, or the beautiful sunset and countryside views.
On the lower level there are two more double bedrooms with two single beds or a double bed. Again there are one or two full bathrooms with shower or small bathtub. Both bedrooms have access to the garden and communal areas through French doors. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and ceiling fan.
The house exterior and communal areas are ideal for outdoor Greek summer living, dining, drinks under the stars, lazing by the pool or just gazing out at the sea in comfortable environs.
