Three restaurants find their creative expression on an idyllic terrace, literally hanging over the deep blue Aegean Sea. Three palate trips to flavors and aromas inspired by the Greek –and especially the Skiathian– tradition with a creative touch, the modern Mediterranean cuisine of Italy and the exotic Asia.
Our kitchen, staffed with experienced award-winning chefs, in collaboration with the family business, with love and great care investigate systematically and creatively recreate traditional recipes of each place and especially Skiathos – authentic and original, based on natural ingredients.
Fresh, organic vegetables and herbs from our garden; extra virgin olive oil, olives and honey from our own production and selected traditional local products enhance with their distinctive flavor and intoxicating aromas our creations.
