" Do not rent here. I really wanted to give this small mom and pops business the opportunity to have me as a regular customer , but I’m really disappointed. I was expecting what I asked for, but they came out with a older model vehicle with no a/c and a bad suspension. I called global and they did replaced it, but with a attitude and talking about losing money because they were giving me another newer model. I thought when the vehicle breaks down they are supposed to to give a replacement, no questions ask. I hope this will help this business to improve customer service and be a lil bit more professional. "
