" Really bad service and nasty people. There is a major political disruption here in Guatemala which includes road blockages. My wife and I missed our flight today to Puerto Barrios and it wasn't our fault. We spent over 3 hours in traffic to get to the airport. It was a nightmare. TAG's staff refused to give us any kind of break on a flight tomorrow. They acted as if they didn't know what country they were in or what was going on. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. "
