" The guide on the trolley tour was very knowledgeable of the area we visited and spoke good enough English..Once outside of the port you will see a lot of police/military with assault rifles patrolling the town. We never felt unsafe but I would not want to venture out of the port on my own so a guided Trolley tour was the perfect solution for us. "
