" Immense and well restored site. The guides might gather too large groups, which slows down the touring. Very proud and talkative. Be prepared for mosquitos, with long light clothes and sprays. "

" Stunning park. We spent 8hrs exploring and put on 30k steps, still feel like there was more to see. Decided against getting a guide as we would rather go at our own pace, didn't regret that decision although would have been useful! Bought a park map for 20Q (3USD) Guides are quite pushy at the front gate but we kept insisting no. Would have been nice to know that they only accept the Guatemala Qetzal at the gate, no Visa, BZ or USD. Same as in the park. We packed a lunch and drinks to save a few dollars, lots of tables or hidden places to sit and take a break. Keep your eyes open for monkeys and other wildlife! Wear good shoes and be amazed! "

" What an amazing place. As if the ruins or the wildlife by themselves wouldn't be enough to make a visit here completely worth it, having them together make this a truly magical place. "

" An amazing place to visit and explore with a guide. The park warrants a full day to allow for ample time to walk around and take pictures especially during busy times where crowds can build up. A must see for any Star Wars fans visiting Central America. "

" A gem of a place for Maya history. The pyramids are all over a sprawling forested area. The only let down are poor signage and the lack of shelter should it rains "

" The park was amazing, to be able to see the temples in person is absolutely breathtaking. If I ever venture back down to that area I would definitely make a return trip. "

" The Tikal ruins are amazing, especially in the morning if you do the sunrise tour and listen to whole jungle wake up around you while enjoying a view from above. "
