" Customer service is miserable, the dude James Dillon stopped answering my messages and never answered all the questions I did, simply wanted to know the weight of a ball of cotton , then got offended when I commented that I was buying it with the mexicans because of the price. This is why Guatemala is still a 3rd world country. "
