" Went to the poolside bar with my wife and niece on my birthday. The bartenders were very discourteous. I order a cocktail, which was a terrible mistake. The drink was laden with alcohol and when I asked for it to be changed I was told I should by a cola to dilute the alcohol. In all my travels and bar experiences, I have never encountered such unprofessional service. Also the counter top was teeming with cockroaches and no one seemed to care. "
