" Love the ambience of Pegasus. Poolside is one of my favorite places to hang out with my friends and family. The food is good but some of the servers have the wrong attitude. Service is slow and even unpleasant sometimes. "

" My self and wife stayed here for seven nights Dec 13 to19 .the people that served in the breakfast restaurant need to be more polite. Should learn to say good morning , and put on a smile.for 145 usd guest should have a coffee maker in the room and and at least two glass if they need to drink any thing.there was one glass and it was never washed or changed in seven days.i did not used the pool or the bar.the guys at the front is great .hotel is very clean and safe.beds are very comfortable. . "

" It's okay. Room service takes really long. They hardly answer the phone. I've had to call front desk several times hoping they would get someone from there and they don't seem to concerned either. They had a spa but it's closed but the Marriott next door doesn't have one either in fact they refer persons here although this has apparently been closed for months. They continue to advertise as if they have one though. In both hotels if you shop and pay in USD they give change in Guyanese so keep low denomination bills ($10, $20) so at least you're not stuck with too much local change. I would expect this on the street but not in the hotels where they take US currency as a form of payment and quote prices in US dollars. At breakfast except for the omelettes which are made to order the other food was cold. Overall staff are somewhat friendly, the rooms are basic and I've asked for a washcloth so often I just gave up and went and bought some from the mall nearby as it was so frustrating. "

" Overall experience was good. Front desk and and bellhop service was commendable and helpful; poolside restaurant service left much to be desired, and nearly ruined the entire experience. The breakfast option provided a nice blend of local and American cuisine. Location is close to a few attractions, but it is advised to take taxis EVERYWHERE - even to areas 2mins away. "

" Reasonable rooms that are clean and spacious. Service was quite good. Bed was comfortable. Price wasn't bad either. You can walk to shops, clubs and restaurants if you don't want to utilize the hotels offerings. It's also waterfront with a nice walk right out front. "
