" This has been my best car rental experience anywhere. Yogesh the owner is very customer service oriented and prides himself on delivering excellent service. I was delayed for 4 days getting to Guyana and he kept in touch with me every day sometimes multiple times per day just to reassure me that he will hold the vehicle for me. When I arrived in Guyana, he picked me and my family up at the Airport. The car was clean and in serviceable condition. I couldn't ask for anything more as all the bases were covered. I'm a more than satisfied customer and if more stars were available I would have awarded them. I strongly recommend this business and would ALWAYS be a returning customer. " 1) First off the rates were good, some of the best we have had thus far in the Caribbean. So we will be renting from them again.
2)Secondly, we are always skeptical about being scammed by untrustworthy persons, but this company dealt fairly with us from the get go and were very understanding in their approach. So that set us more at ease.
3) We also were not disappointed by the vehicle; the fuel efficiency was good, AC worked great and overall it was in solid road worthy condition. We were very satisfied.
4) we rented the car for 1 month and during that time the owners had very personable interactions with us, which was refreshing and mitigated the stress in an otherwise stressful trip.
Overall, we had a great experience with the Progressive team and we will definitely be renting from them again on our next trip. Thanks guys.
