" First off from just entering the resort the security was rude, second when I arrived at the main office / check-in and there was no one there had to wait for about 5-7 minutes. Third the room was lacking in many things entrance door doesn't have a mat (a lot of sand if you go for a swim) bathroom doesn't have a mat when you get out of the shower the floor remains wet for a very long time, there is a desk with no chair to sit on, other than that it is a wonderful place for some nice R and R, kitchen and bar staff were amazing, the boat captain was very knowledgeable about the place. I would visit there again. "
