" This is not a five star hotel. It is average. Nice location, decent rooms. Very poor construction. Pool is nice.
Very poor front desk customer service. Manger was rude and unprofessional. Not very helpful. Does not share the WiFi password, she needs to enter it into our phones. Did not want us to use the phone to make a local call. No daily house keeping, we had to get fresh towels by going to the laundry room ourselves. When questioned, the manager, Christine informed us that we had to request room services at check in and it was the hotel's policy that they informed guest of this policy. She checked us in but neglected to inform us of the housekeeping policy. Food at the restaurant was terrible, except for the fried fish. Do not expect any level of customer service at the front desk. "

Too much argument to defending making the hotel and it's owner SUGRIM look bad.
It's sad that as tourists, who could compare other services with other hotels, we know what is best for business.
The quality is below our expectations for certain.
SUGRIM, Mr. Please correct this issue before it becomes an epidemic.
Note that we stayed at lower price hotels with higher prized service.
Wished your hotel weew much better. Money is not everything Mr. SUGRIM.
Our next stay is not at this hotel for sure

Look like the maids is being over work, 7 days a week? Hope not?
I was told the maids is working 7 days a week from 7 to 5 at your hotel, if that is true, that's against the law, and if u guys breaking the Labour law, the authority should close the hotel down n fine u....
Please, all guest should investigate this to make sure its not so before book this hotel...
