In 2003, miniminigallery was founded by graphic designer Benny Au to provide a venue for exhibition and meeting place for those who enjoys good quality design. Starting from only 1 exhibiting wall, to having its own exhibition space at present, miniminigallery has since curated & organized exhibitions and seminars on design, photography and books.

From 2004, further effort was devoted to coordinate large-scale design activities including “SEVEN – showcase of top Japanese art directors”, “Tokyo Type Directors Club Exhibition in Hong Kong”, “Love from Hong Kong” at Tokyo Designers Week 2007, and Shenzhen Hong Kong Design Show in 2009 & 2011.
