Having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, I furthered my passion at ENSP (Yssingeaux) and Olivier Bajard (Perpignan)
Moreover, it was my working experience alongside world renowned Chef Claire Heitzler at LASSERRE, a 2 star Michelin establishment and Mori Yoshida, a Japanese pastry shop in Paris, that has edified my confectionery realm to this point.
