" Many lectures and exhibitions held here on and off. There is a theatre which shows films on certain motifs which cannot be seen in commercial cinemas. Inside the museum is a library which houses a lot of books on films and art where you can also borrow books. An archive of films is available where you can view on request. "

" Something different from the mainstream "tyre squealing BANG BANG type movies.- love it.

Never knew all this about HK films!!! History and posters, info and screenings, in many languages.

Cultural hub too, I went to a German movie,

Great place to look at different perspectives in history.

Has URBTIX machine, you need to bring the credit card you used to buy the tickets to get your ticket at the box office. "

" Requires a bit walking from the MTR station. Usually the venue holds classic and indie films screenings. Remember to check out the small exhibition hall on the ground floor. "

" As a hard core HK movie fan, I wanted to check this place out. Ground floor hosts the seasonal exhibition. Very small. 1st floor is the movie theater which plays rarer HK films from time to time. 3rd floor is a library of movie resources in both English and Chinese. Not too many people when I visited. Though the heart is its archive of hundreds of even thousands of 35mm HK films though it is not accessible to the public. Recommended for hard-core HK film researchers. "

" If you like old movies of HK, this is the place to go. The library is also nice as you could read books and literatures of film. You could enjoy the afternoon here and walk to the nearby park at the seaside of Victoria Harbor afterwards. "
