" Decent cinema, however, be very aware when booking your tickets online. The seating plan is reversed, meaning the seats at the back show up at the top of your screen (and the front seats show up at the bottom). We ended up getting stuck in second row because of this - definitely not a user-friendly booking system. Otherwise a nice cinema with comfortable, spacious seats. "

" I watched Dunkirk movie at 13:05 on Sep 17th. All was okay except for one thing. The guy selling popcorn and water was so rude to customer, and I felt so frustrated at the fact that I had to buy food there anyway, which totally ruined my feeling, I would never come here again. "

" One of the best movie houses in Central. The theater is clean, rest rooms are spotless, food for the most part very good, including their popcorn. Only misgiving is their hot dog roll - it's way too thick for the very slim hot dog and has the look and feel of a hard and dense baguette. This combination doesn't work at all! "

" Today I watched a movie at 4:35pm. While the movie was very good, there was also a group of people in the cinema who pretty much throughout the duration of the movie, were speaking to each other, texting, playing voice texts on their phone as well as shouting and clapping in "rousing scenes". While the cinema is obviously not to blame for their behaviour, one of the rules of any cinema is to not talk, and the cinema staff certainly should have done more to enforce this rule. Even if the staff weren't in the movie theatre (it was dark so I couldn't tell), at least one staff member should have been. Ultimately, even though the movie was very good, this was easily the worst movie-going experience I've ever endured, and that's saying something, given that I've watched all 4 Transformers movies. I'm not attending this cinema again, and would recommend people go to the AMC cinema in Pacific Place instead. "
