To foster neuroscience knowledge in youngsters and to promote public awareness of brain health and diseases, HKBF is going to hold the first Hong Kong Brain Bee Competition (HK Brain Bee) in 2018. The champion of HK Brain Bee may be recommended to represent Hong Kong in the 2018 International Brain Bee in Berlin Germany. Founded in 1999 in the U.S., the International Brain Bee aims to motivate high school students to study knowledge about the brain, and to inspire them to consider careers related to neuroscience and therapies for neurological dysfunction.
